By registering for the CSA Conference, I agree to not attend the event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. I understand my contact information will be provided to the official conference sponsors who have permission to email me up to three times. SCSA intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in SCSA news and promotional efforts. By participating in this event, I grant SCSA the right to use any image, photograph, or video without limitation in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. I understand that any cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 and refunds are granted on a case by case basis. No refunds granted after August 10, 2025.
